SERVE ON THE TEAM
We think everyone should experience the missional synergy of serving on an effective team--learning-by-serving! We believe that serving is a habit the helps us grow as individuals and as a family!
“What are the basics of serving on the team?”
“On what teams can I serve?”
“Worship one hour. Serve one hour. Study one Hour.” -- This is not one of the 7 Habits, but this is how we verbalize our strategy. We want our people to attend a gathering on Sunday morning, to serve for one hour at one of the other gatherings on Sunday, or a mid-week gathering, and to spend an hour studying and learning in a Life Group. This helps us do more than just create an environment where our people are engaged in worship only, and it helps us create a warm and loving environment that is focused on serving our guests and connecting them with our mission.

“What are the basics of serving on the team?”
- Each Team has a Leader who will train you for ministry and support your growth. We want you to grow and be successful, so we will always do what we can to enable you to serve and eventually lead when you are ready.
- We believe in learning-by-serving so much that we want every member to find his or her own place to get planted and grow by giving themselves to their ministry, and use whatever talent/skill God has given you.
